Sales Area Data can't be maintained for Business Partner

Hi guys,

I am facing a problem with the sales area data of business partners.
In transaction BP I am not able to enter a sales office and sales group for
my sold to business partners.
I can choose a sales organization and a distribution channel but the drop down
lists sales office and sales group are empty.

When I edit a ship to business partner and chose a sales organization and a distribution channel, a sales office is determined automatically but the sales group is empty too.

I have maintained sales groups and sales offices in my organizational model.

Are there settings for this determination that relate to the business partner type?

I am thankfull for any help I can get.

Christian,

Org model which can be selected or automatically selected in BP is determined by 'Attribute' within Organisational Model.

To determine sales office/group, these would need to be added as 'Attributes' within Organisational Model.
