S4 to C4C with CPI getting Http 401 Error

Dear Experts,

I want to send Employee with my Replicate Employee from SAP Business Suite iFlow

but i became a this Error==>

I checked already my Client Certificates both sides. I mean in CPI and C4C.

I noticed that my certificate is not showing even though I installed it on the c4c system ===>

What can i do for this problem. Thank you in advance

Hi Burak,

In iflow, you must have given the certificate alias (likely it is "sap_cloudintegrationcertificate"). Download that certificate from CPI and upload into C4C Communication arrangement using upload certificate button from your image.

if it does not work, try changing credentials on both side. See if it works. If it does then some issue with certificate and you can reach out to sap support.
