S4 HANA Service Fiori Setup

Hi everyone,

I am setting up a greenfield S4 HANA for Service. I am looking for initial setup of Fiori (or Webui) on S4 HANA for Service. I could not find any related documents Best Practices or others to setup the Fiori launchpad or Webui. Does anyone has any documents/experience which could be shared?

Hi Tariq,

There are multiple steps to perform initial setup.

1. Activate basic setup and odata service along with authorizations.

2. Odata activation and settings up launchpad configuration like notification/user preferences

3. Settings up backend service and system alias setup

4. Settings up search function and framework for factsheet applications etc.

You can refer to basis tasklist and perform setup based on preference.Each tasklist in detail listed in sap help.
