Is it possible to integrate S/4 HANA CM (on premise) with SAP Contact Center 365 ( cloud) ?

Hi Ajay,
this should be possible with certain limitations - CC365 supports OII interface, through which goes most of most signalization of ICI interface. SAPphone is not supported, AFAIK, so you cannot download statistics, nor upload campaigns. But maybe on ticket request, SAP would enable this too.
CDT is not supported, you have to use Communication Panel.
