rush build issue while installing SAP Commerce Cloud 2211.21 version

Hi Team,

We are upgrading SAP Commerce cloud patch version from 2211.1 to "2211.21"

I am getting below error during ant clean all . 

Below is my project structure. Inside git folder structure I have added sap commerce suite folder.

could you check if following property is set to true: 

smartedittools.only.build.once

if yes please set it to false for the first build.

Alternatively check if you properly removed: "hybris/bin/modules/smartedit/smartedittools/apps/smartedit-master/dist" and rebuild your project.

Did you fully remove the hybris/bin/modules and hybris/bin/platform folder during upgrade from 2211.1 to 2211.21?
