Rules for the Interaction Upload file

Hi all,

I'm looking for the location of the documenation related to upload files for Interactions.

In the sample CSV, the first comment line sais:

* User Instructions for filling the template. Please see the Application Help for further important details and for a full list of fields available for CSV import: https://help.sap.com/viewer/0f9408e4921e4ba3bb4a7a1f75f837a7/latest/en-US/7dd16e5458548c4ce10000000a...

But that link cannot be found.

On the SAP Help Page for the Data File Load, there's details for everything, except for interactions.

I'm looking for some explicit documentation regarding the following: If you upload within the interaction file, two rows with an identical id+origin, ia_type and timestamp, but with a different item of interest, then the result is just one interaction but assigned to two items of interest. I know that this works but I want to find the related documents to see if there's any other special behavior like this. (Ideally I'd like to upload Product data linked to the interaction in exactly the same way, however I seem to remember that that didn't work)

Unfortunately, even for internal's, this link is inaccessible/broken. So I assume documentation has been migrated(or in the worst case completely removed) to a new place which probably SAP support can get with the help from the SMC product team.
