RUI - Live activity fields

hello ,

We arer migrating to the RUI from HTML5 and this is one of the blockers. In html5 live activity as soon as the call comes in the agents can code it with details like category , market and notes and it gets saved as an inbound transaction. However, when we try to edit these field in the RUI live activity threaded to a call they are not editable.

This is as framework current limitation. The functionality is planned to be enhanced and at this point in time, we are not in a position to provide more accurate information on date and/or timelines for this.

As a current workaround, an Embedded Component can be created, with the extension fields inside the ECs. This way the extension fields are editable.

Our fields were added via KUT and are not visible in SDK, any help is appreciated
