Hello Community,
we want to use account team members in our on-premises SAP Marketing 1809 system. As expected after the replication of accounts from SAP CRM to SAP Marketing we could see the responsible employees as account team members at the account, if they have a user in the SAP Marketing system.
Now we want to see the role of the employee in the account team member tab of a corporate account, so we added the custom roles we want to use in the customizing. Now I want to set the relationships of the employees and the newly created roles for account team members. Therefore, I used the CSV file but it does not work, because I do not know which ID (Interaction Contact ID) the import needs. I tried the DB_KEY of the account (from IC_ROOT table) and the CRM Number of the account. In addition, I tried to find an ID of the team member but this also does not work.
Am I right that the concept of this import CSV file is that a set a role for an account team member for a specific account?
Or does an Account Team Member only get one role for all accounts he is assigned to? If yes, how does this works?

Hi Robert,
Yes you are right that CSV can be usedfor setting account team. Also An account team member (Employee) can get any role across different accounts.So once you have configured a new custom role then you should be able to assign successfully a team member using CSV template.
When uploading the CSV you need to pass the ID Origin and ID of the "Account" along with employee ID and custom role configured.
