RKSV_Plugin - Please urgent Help - How to uninstall

Hi Community,

i installed the pepper plugin sucessfully in a cco-pos. Before that i made an mistake an copyed the "RKSV_Plugin-2.9.18" in the AP-Folder. When the CCO-POS starts the following message shows :

okay, i copyed the file "RKSV_PlugIn 2.19.18" back to the folder, but then the user can not cash in anymore.

How can i remove the "RKSV_PlugIn 2.19.18" Plugin. He don't need it.

Can anyone help me please?

Hi dstrunz,

if this was not intentional and you have database access, you can look for a db table called "Mandatory Plugins" or something like that. The RKSV plugin creates a record in this table and CCO checks on every start if all the plugins are present.

Delete this and entry and you should be in the clear.

thank you very much for your fast response. Your are right.

I found also the KeyNote "2823092 - How to delete RKSV_Plugin".

I made it as described in the Note and it works fine. That happens for me the first time and hope the last 🙂 i was to fast while copying files.
