Dear Checkout experts,
Currently, it is occurring that the receipts made from the points of sale arrive duplicated at the monitor and arrive several times, this occurs when the first receipt sent is in new or released status.
It is also possible to show that this is the scenario in which the receipt is released, inconsistent and cancelled.
I appreciate it if someone knows about what else can i check.
