Return Receipt Articles and exchange another article in the same time for the same customer

Dear Experts ,

Have a nice day ahead for all of you ,

It's great if anyone can kindly advice , My concern is how we can add another article (Exchange item) in a return process with in Customer checkout quick mode .

It can be done in the old Retail mode with out an issue it seems.

Hi Tharindu,

In the “RETURN INDIVIDUAL ARTICLES” screen you can`t add new Items to the receipt.

You have to enter the next step by clicking on “Return receipt” to get forwarded to the “SALES” screen. Here you can add additional Items to the “Return receipt”. I`ve tested this on FP12.

It should work in this way since FP10.

Thanks for the quick response on my concern . I was checked the both UI in FP 08 PL05 and FP 11 PL04. Could you kindly tell me from which feature pack onward this feature is possible .

Hi Tharindu,

which fp and pl are you using? FP12? The process is definitly possible, just like in the old UI.

If you continue the process like you show in screenshot one you return to the normal sales screen, in which you can easily add new items to the "return receipt".
