Retention Revenue Impact segment

Hello, 

 

Could you help us to create a segment of all the Win back customers for defecting & inactive customers that we are seeing on the Retention Revenue Impact report. 

We want to target all our win back customers in these customer lifecycle. 

We cannot create a segment from this report, is there another way to create this segment?

According to the following SAP Emarsys Help document, for the Impact reports, the report uses the Customer Lifecycle Stage filter to determine the results presented in the report: Impact:: Retention Revenue Impact Report – Emarsys

You can create a segment and use the smart insight criteria filter "Customer lifecycle stage" and select the contacts with Defecting and Inactive status, as they match both Winback condition contacts.
