Resuse Std Webservices to diff systems

Hi Gurus,

We came across a situation were business requirement is to reuse the same std webservice

"Business Partner Replication to SAP Business Suite" that we are currently using replicate

BPs to S4 and use same to replicate BPs to CRM.

If it is so C4C task is to just create a Communication system allowing it to connect to CRM Sytem?

and create a new communication arrangement with same webservice "Business Partner Replication to SAP Business Suite" target as CRM.

Is there separate communication scenario available to replicate BPs to CRM. i believe no,

we need to use same "Business Partner Replication to SAP Business Suite"

If this is the case what additional changes needs to be done in C4C.Can you please suggest?

Dear Vijaykrishna,

You are right, C4C uses same services for BPs for replication between C4C-CRM & C4C-S4. These are MDG Services(Inbound & Outbound).

So please go ahead and create another communication arrangement pointing to CRM Communication System.

I expect you would configure separate IFlows in your middleware pointing to CRM system.

Additionally you may have to create & use another Code list Mapping Group, specific for CRM integration, if your codes between CRM & S4 differ a lot.
