Restrict one Account for all users

Hello Experts,

We have the following requirement. Please let us know if there is anyway to achieve this.

Our C4C system is used by Sales representatives and Managers. We don't have any restrictions in place. Everyone can view everything.

But one sales rep has one Account that has very strict NDA we have put in place. We want to restrict all users, except this sales rep, from viewing/accessing this Account and its related documents and Activities. Please let us know if you can come up with any solution.

Hello Ravi,

Go to Administrator ->Business Role->Edit Access Right ->Go to Access Restriction tab/facet->select work center view name 'Accounts'.

=>Select Read/Write Access as 'Restricted".

=>You have various standard 'Restriction Rule' for e.g. 'Employee' , 'Sales Data of Employee'..etc .

Please select as per your requirement and then assign this Business Role to the require Business User .
