Dear experts,
We receive a lot of generic emails from the different system. Is there a way to restrict emails with a specific subject to not land on the tool. There are a lot currently coming in the unassociated emails.This is employee support scenario.

You can try filtering such e-mails on your company mail server and avoid forwarding it to the C4C channel technical address (cod.employeesupport@myxxxxxx.mail.crm.ondemand.com).
