Hi All,
In the Calendar Map View, when we drag and drop accounts from the map to calendar, there are options shown for Appointment, Interaction & Visit.
Please confirm if there is a way to restrict the options and default only visit option.

These Options are controlled based on the access rights of the work center view . If this view is not assigned user then they will not see these , apart from this , there is no explicit option to restrict this.
