Restrict Appointment & Interaction in Calendar Map View

Hi All,

In the Calendar Map View, when we drag and drop accounts from the map to calendar, there are options shown for Appointment, Interaction & Visit.

Please confirm if there is a way to restrict the options and default only visit option.

Looks like you missed the attachment. can you pls attach the snapshot?

These Options are controlled based on the access rights of the work center view . If this view is not assigned user then they will not see these , apart from this , there is no explicit option to restrict this.
