Dear all,
I accidentally deleted an extension field during a system maintenance and I could no get it back as no restore point/backup has been created.
Therefore, I have some questions in this regard:
1) doesn't SAP create any kind of backup/restore point? I believe that this should be always done, at least once a day in case of any emergency.
2) if the customer has to request the restore point, how many times can this be requested? and is there any cost linked to this?
