Resource Scheduler in C4C Service

Dears,

I would like to activate the Resource Scheduler.

It should be under General Business Data as per below Documentation :

However, Resource Scheduler is not exist now under General Business Data.

Can anyone help where it should be now.

Hello Mohamed,

The scoping questions for Resource Scheduler are hidden from 2202 release to restrict the usage of onboarding new customers to use Resource Scheduler. The recommendation for new customers is to use the planning and dispatching feature in SAP Field Service Management (FSM) application. This is also communicated in 2202 Release Notes.
