Hello,
my Admin user for CCO manager is locked,
when running recover the system ask for data base password which I don't know either,
how do I reset cco manager data base passord and unlock the user?

To recover the Admin user in the CCO Manager it is required to inform the database password, without this information it is not possible to set a new password.

Another possibility is if you have another administrator user or a colleague who has administration authorization, so you could use the administration user to reset your password directly in the CCO Manager.
