Requirements SAP CCO and CCO MANAGER in cloud

Dear all,

Are there any special requierements for install SAP CCO and CCO MANAGER in a cloud environment other than those indicated in document "SAP Customer Checkout manager Guide"?.

Hello Eduardo,

To my knowledge there are no special requirements (we run CCOM in the cloud for a couple of customers). I can give you a few recommendations, though:

• System specifications (RAM, CPU, HD) will depend on on the actual number of CCO terminals and their transaction volume, rather than the number of customers itself
• Plan for updates. You will need to test when upgrading, so you may have to install multiple Tomcat instances in order to be able to run different versions at the same time. You can either do this on the same server on different ports, or on different servers altogether.
• To avoid reconfigurations and be able to direct tenant traffic more easily, as well as create an additional layer of protection, I recommend installing nginx in front of CCOM. You can also use use this nginx instance to deploy your SSL certificate(s).
