Hello Community,
after upgrading customer systems to the newest FP and activating the quick service UI we noticed that some buttons and quick ui elements are hard to read. We tried to solve this by shortening the description, but this solution is limited.
After installing a CCO copy on another hardware device we discovered that the UI looks fine - so we are assuming that the new quick service UI requires a certain minimal desktop resolution.
Can someone verify this? In the official documentation no minimal display resolution is mentioned.
Thanks in advance!

Hello Arne,
here some additional ideas for the troubleshooting:
# If you open another tabs and go to common websites, are they correctly displayed?
# Are there any erros on the Chrome dev tools regarding missing font files or during the front-end JS execution?
# Does the endpoint has current graphic drivers installed? Have the graphic drivers' settings been unintentionally changed?
# Does the screen support 1024x768 resolution? If so, is the refresh rate correctly set up?
# Some graphic-enhancing features in Chrome are enabled by default, but if the hardware (GPU) doesn't support them, you end up with bad rendering or graphic artifacts. I would try to disable things like hardware acceleration, accelerated 2D canvas, etc.

Hello Arne,
CCO has a certain number of minimum hardware requirements which must be met to ensure it's smooth running, including a minimum screen resolution which should be at least 1024 x 768. This information can be found in the master guide. I have attached a screenshot of the minimum hardware requirements.
I hope this answers your question.
Kind regards,
Kellieanne

Hi Kellieanne,
thank you for the pointer to the master guide, I didn't find the specific topic there.
Anyway it seems like CCO in FP08 has some issues when used with the minimum screen resolution of 1024x768, can be seen here, the letters are very hard to read. It appears nice and clean on a new hardware which runs with the resolution of 1366*768 (screenshot 2). Is this expected behaviour or does the new UI need a higher resolution?
