Hello,
We have created new sales quote document types in SAP C4C, automatically Request External Pricing option is enabled, since we not integrated with ECC & any third party tools, using stand alone.
Is there any prerequisites to be configured to determine the internal price?
If we create the new sales quote types do we need to do any settings to determine the internal pricing instead of external pricing?

After entering the product pricing tab should determine, but pricing tab is not determining for new sales quotes.

Dear Steyer,
Now its working as expected, i have done nothing, deleted the document types which i created earlier.
Again created again new sales quote types with 2 digits & now internal pricing option is determining after entering the product.
Now not appearing the Request External Pricing option.

Hi Ranjeet,
This is the checkbox that I am referring to

Ok, this column is not available in your system because the external pricing question is not enabled. This makes sense and is expected.
What look strange here is that even though the external pricing question + external pricing checkbox for respective document are not enabled, the button is still available for the document, right?
By any chance are you checking the wrong implementation project? Is there a possibility that the External Pricing button was created by a PDI solution?
If not, I suggest you to raise an incident to SAP Cloud Support check this.

Hi Steyer,
We have configured the above settings initially, here the issue is if i create the sales quote using new quote types whatever i created newly, if i create the sales quote using standard quote type which was created by SAP am not finding any Request for Request External Pricing option. The issue is with newly created sales quote types.
What look strange here is that even though the external pricing question + external pricing checkbox for respective document are not enabled, the button is still available for the document, right? Yes
By any chance are you checking the wrong implementation project? : We have only one Implementation Project
Is there a possibility that the External Pricing button was created by a PDI solution? : Nope, we have not done any PDI developments.

Hello,
The "External Pricing" option can be enabled/disabled in fine tuning activity Sales Quotes->Document Types. There is a flag where you can manage if this document should be enabled for external pricing. If you do not use pricing determination in ERP at all, then I suggest you to review your implementation project scoping.
The respective question in business configuration is available under:Communication and Information Exchange -> Integration with External Applications and Solutions -> Integration into Sales, Service, and Marketing Processes. Uncheck the question "Do you use an external application to determine prices, free goods, product availability, and credit status for sales quotes in your cloud solution?".
The C4C internal pricing is based on price lists and the respective scoping questions are available under the path General Business Data->Product and service pricing->Sales price and discount lists

Hello Steyer,
Thanks for your response, already unchecked the question "Do you use an external application to determine prices, free goods, product availability, and credit status for sales quotes in your cloud solution?".
The C4C internal pricing is based on price lists and the respective scoping questions are available under the path General Business Data->Product and service pricing->Sales price and discount lists - checked long back.
If i create the sales quote using standard sales quote (AG) which is exist already am not finding any other options like Request External Pricing, once enter the product automatically Pricing Tab would be displayed & will enter the price manually over there.
But i created the new sales quote types there am finding the option Request External Pricing, its not working same as standard sales quote(AG) which was added by SAP.
In below sales quote document types creation screen am not finding any flag to be be enabled for external or internal pricing. For Sales Order Types there is a option to be enabled for external or internal pricing.
