There are 2 questions here. In some aspect, also related. I try to answer below.
1. When you print a receipt where a voucher is sold, then along with the Receipt, in a separate print, the voucher is also printed.
You can then also go to Receipt details screen.
There we have a "print" button, this will print the whole receipt and voucher again.
If you want to print only the voucher again, then there is a "Reprint Sales Item" button. This will print only the voucher if existing.
The attached screenshot shows you this options.
2. Reprint the left over amount of a voucher is not possible currently in the standard solution.
One workaround can be to use the option in voucher configuration "Use Entire Voucher", this will use the complete voucher amount.
With the leftover amount you can create a new voucher. Since this leftover amount voucher will be added to the Sales Receipt like a new voucher with a new ID etc, it will automatically get printed with the receipt print-out.
