Reporting - How to download all the results for a specific campaign?

Hi Emarsys experts,

I have a launched an email campaign and on its reporting page I would like to download all the results, not just the results for a limited time period. Any suggestions on how to do that?

Hi,

I'm afraid you cannot make an export of 'all responses, ever' for a campaign from the platform itself. The key factor is how old the campaign is - if it was sent less than 13 months previously, then you have two options:

• From the interface - go to the Analysis page for the campaign and click the Number of emails sent. Thsi will open your launch list for the campaign and you can save that as a contact list.
  Then make a Contact response data export for that contact list and select the maximum timeframe (i.e. from the launch date to today).
• Using the API - you can use this end point to pull the responses, again specifying the maximum time range:
  https://dev.emarsys.com/v2/contact-and-email-data/export-responses

If you want to collect the responses for an older campaign, or for a recurring one that runs for longer than 13 months, then SAP Emarsys Open Data is most probably a better solution for you.
