Report to show all the activities in a lead

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to create a report to show all the activities in a lead.

We tried to create by using data source lead BTD reference and all activities data source but we are not getting activities for a corresponding lead, we are getting number of activities in counter but not in phone calls, appointments, emails, etc, we are getting 0 there.

Could you please help.

Hi,

We tried to inner join lead and all activities but we are getting wrong counters for this.

We are getting correct counter for left outer join of Lead btd reference and all activities but in the report we are getting correct counters which is showing the number of activities in a lead (email, phone calls, etc.) but for individual coulmns of the activities we are getting 0. We are almost halfway of creating this report but for this 0 counters we are stuck. See the below snip for reference.

Dear mainak18021998,
Did you try to join data source "lead" with "All Activities". This should give you desired result. You can also use inner join to join these two data sources based on field (Account <-> Main Account).
