Report to show all the activities in a Lead

Hi Team,

We are having a requirement to create a report which will show all the activities associated with it. We tried to make custom report by left joining Lead BTD Reference data source and another custom data source( combining Activity BTD Reference and All Activities). We are getting the number of activities for a lead in the 'Counter' field but for all the individual activities i,e no. of emails, no. of appointments etc we are getting '0' though 'Counter' is showing the correct number but we are not getting why we are not getting the number values in the individual activtiies.

Please help us on this. We are waiting for your kind reply as this is very urgent.
