Report on Visits - Sales Orders in SAP C4C

Dear Folks

I want to build a custom report in SAP C4C.

That is for every Account, we need to identify the no of visits, no of Sales orders and

no of Sales orders / no of visits ( represented in %) in the past 12 months range.

How can we create this kind of report ? please guide.

Hi,

Yes you can create such a report by creating a Join Data Source of following standard Data Source:

Account Master Data(Anchor Data Source)

Visit Header

Sales Order Header

Activity BTD Reference (This will help you to create a Key Figure of no of Sales orders / no of visits)
