Report on overdue tickets

Hey guys,

I am working on a report showing overdue tickets.

What we would like is a report containing tickets in a certain stage where the completion due date (determined by the SLA) is in the past.

Apparently, it is not possible to create a variable select on the completion due field as this is a date/time field.

Any suggestions how to create the report anyway?

We want the ticket to show up in the report the moment it is overdue (so not the next day). A variable selection on a date field is not sufficient.

Saurav,

We have not done any SDK developments to get this in the datasource.

There are 2 fields in the standard data source:

- Completion Due Date Time.

- Completion Due Date.

As this is SLA related, I would like to select tickets based on the Completion Due Date Time.

As you will understand, Completion Due Date doesn't cover it when the SLA for initial review is for instance 4 hours.

In order to create correct reporting on SLA expiry, we should be able to create a relative select on the Date Time field.

Any suggestions?

If its a date/time field, then we don't have any option to fulfill your requirement.

Thanks for raising the concern in influence forum.Someone from concerned team will look into this and based on complexity/feasibility/effort needed they will assist you accordingly.

Dear pieterrijlaarsdam,

We don't have complete due date already added to data source, so it seems you have added it via SDK and if this is the case, please add only date field as in this case, we might be able to get your requirement fulfilled.

If its date field,then we can create custom relative selection (with from value as fixed date and to date as current date) which will give the details of tickets with completion due date less than today.
