Report Contains in Selection no effect

Dear Experts,

in C4C I run a report on the DataSource Opportunity Header and Item and I need a selection on the column Opportunity which contains the Opportunity ID and the Name.

Now I am wondering, how the selection has to be to select all Opportunities, which contain a certain String e.g. "Product1" in the column Opportunity. (see Screenshot report-string-selection.png)

My assumption to use contains in the selection field does not work - it just shows no result at all.

Would please someone explain, how this selection has to look like?

Hello Patric

Using the Opportunity field will have no effect, since it is essentially a UUID field. What you should use instead is the Description field in the selection parameter - see screenshot below. Text searches are not the most efficient way to perform searches though, so I hope this is still a limited use case for you
