Business Process we are trying to achieve: Quote created in Commerce (on premise)will be replicated to C4C and notified to Sales rep via email. Sales rep logins to C4C and login to Commerce via ASM and process quote further to closure ( won/Lost). The final status of quote in Commerce to be replicated to c4c for closing the loop. Replication is achieved via Data hub.
Problem statement: WWe have only two applications in our landscape c4c and commerce, but not ECC/S4hana. We are getting Quotes synced from commerce to c4c with limitation of price and products. Initial status of a quote from commerce is OPEN in C4C. We want the quote final status to be replicated from Commerce to c4c when the it is WON. As of now we are not getting any status updated from commerce to c4c . Can you anybody share your experiences.
As per the standard SAP, it was said that status canot be replicated from commerce to c4c, but can only be replicated from c4c to commerce. Can anyone suggest alternative ideas please.
