Replication of contracts from SAP SOM to CI /FI-CA only

Hello Experts,

We are testing the replication of subscription contracts from SAP SOM to SAP CI. Currently, the fulfillment steps in the subscription contract throw the following error (see snapshot):

“Joint replication of all master data to SAP CC not active.”

Upon investigation, this appears to be caused by the ODI distribution step CL_CRM_ISX_ORDER_MD_ERP_MCC (Step Type: PCEA).

SAP Convergent Charging (CC) is not activated in our S/4 system. We want subscription contracts to be distributed as provider contracts only to SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI). Could you please advise on how to achieve this? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

If CC is not relevant in your set-up, then you can set the distribution scenario to "FICA" in the customizing Service -> Transactions -> Settings for Subscription Transactions -> Document Distribution -> Define Distribution Scenario.
