Hi nourhan.leila
It looks like there is an option to have an instance of SMC inside Customer Activity Repository:
Set up the replication of tables from your SAP Marketing Cloud source system. You only need to perform this procedure if you have a SAP Marketing Cloud system in your SAP Customer Activity Repository landscape and you are planning to use the standard SAP implementation of customer identification delivered with the SAP Customer Activity Repository.
The above is the first sentence from the link you sent
Is this your setup or not?

Hi nourhan.leila
Are you using an SMC instance that is co-deployed with CAR?
If yes, that is different to our scenario and I cannot help there
If not co-deployed - then you dont need transformation rules. We have CAR sending our SMC instance Sales Order interactions every 15 minutes. This integration is achieved directly from CAR to SMC, not via CPI (although this may be a good option depending on data quality etc)
There is a bit on info on the topic: (be aware of CAR versions)
Below is the structure of the Interaction API:
Remember, you can append Products, Offers etc in the sub entities on this API

Dear Dean,
Thank you for your reply, But I am a bit confused about how can I decide that I will use my SMC co-deployed with CAR or not ?
and please can you clarify what do you mean by not co-deployed (Is it side by side?)
and if it is Side by side, SAP states that we should do transformation rules in this case?
Appreciate your valuable reply as i am confused in this issue.
