replicate sales quote from C4C as Interaction in Marketing cloud

Hello Experts,

We are working on to replicate the sales quote in C4C which should be replicated as an Interaction type= Sales quote in Marketing cloud system. Since this will be a custom iflow. We want to know the possibility of configuring the communication arrangement in C4C so that when the Quote is saved. It could be triggered in the CPI. Any help on the communication arrangement will be greatly appreciated. We need to know how to set up the communication arrangement

Hi,

Currently, SAP does not offer quote integration from C4C to SAP Marketing Cloud(SMC), hence there is no direct communication arrangement available to serve this purpose.

However, there is a standard communication arrangement "Sales Quote Replication to SAP Business Suite" which is responsible for quote replication to OnPrem like ERP system. The same can also be used for communication with SMC where it needs to be configured with custom iflow URL like https://I3XXXX-iflmap.hcisbt.eu1.hana.ondemand.com/cxf/C4C/yMKT/SalesQuote_Custom. This communication arrangement will trigger the replication of SalesQuote from C4C to CPI upon save of document.
