Hi experts,
We are creating sales orders in ECC and want to replicate them into CRM. Can you please tell me the configuration steps required in the middleware to replicate the orders from ecc to crm.
thanks in advance
Andy
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Andy
have you done the initial load for the Object: SALESDOCUMENT?
if not then this must be done in transaction R3AS
once this is complete, you can monitor the success or failure of the load in trx R3AM1
thereafter let us know the errors you are getting.

Hi Andy,
As everyone has rightly mentioned above, you need to check the important steps mentioned above for Data Exchange between SAP ECC and CRM.
MAke sure you have made the Scenarion settings as well.
Also Please check the Adapter Object 'SALESDOCUMENT' . If you have maintained any filter settings in this Adapter, you need to maintain the transaction type you want to replicate from SAP ECC to CRM here.
Hope this Helps,

Anubhav

Hi Andy,
As rightly mentioned by Samantak, you need to maintain the settings for data exchange between ECC and CRM, RFC connection between the 2 systems should be properly maintained.
In addition, check Note 889051 - Scenario A: Overview and settings. This depends on your business scenario, also check below link.

Hope this helps.

Hi All,
This is still a question to me.
Our scenario goes like this.
We already have an integration between ECC 6.0 and CRM 5.0. This was done couple of years back. Now the new requirement came up requesting to replicate the new sales order created of type (Order Type -TA ) from ECC into CRM (Transaction Type - TA). What are the additional middleware settings or filters needs to be applied.
Number ranges are clearly defined -internal in ECC and external in CRM
Transaction type, Item categories, Item category determination looks perfect.
Please suggest and any inputs are higly appreciated. If can you share some of the steps that will be really of a great help.
Thanks
Andy
Andy,
Have you checked if there are any filter for the object SALESDOCUMENT at R3AC1 tx?
Checking it, do as follow.
at R3AC1 tx, look for the object SALESDOCUMENT and then double click on it.
Go to tab "Filter Settings" and then check if are there any filter related to documents type, in case positive, add your new document type.
Good luck,
Lalas
Hi,
To replicate ECC Sales Order to CRM Sales Order, you need to setup up the Data Exchange in both the systems. This means you have to configure the systems, then you need to do an initial data exchanges and then finally the delta exchange will happen in both the systems. You need to look at the configuration guides for a proper setup of the systems.
You can search the forum for a detailed document with special focus on the integration points.
Also have a look at the following SAP HELP link:

Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Samantak.

I know this is an old thread. Also this last link does not appear to be working any more.
My issue is a bit opposite. I have sales orders replicating from ECC to CRM. But I wanted to turn it off. I went to R3AC1, and under SALESDOCUMENT I removed all the OLTP filters, assuming that it will stop replicating the orders to CRM. But I am clearly seeing more BUS_TRANS_MSG in the system with the Sender Site OLTP.
I thought these filters control what gets replicated over to CRM. Something else is missing?
