Replicate Price Condition from SAP Business Suite to C4C (Mandatory initialization missing)

Hello SAP Community!

We are facing an strange error in the Replicate Price Condition from SAP Business Suite to C4C, in the C4C incoming message using the Web Service Monitoring we are getting this tricky message;

"A technical error (Mandatory initialization missing) occurred: PRC_ESF_CND_MAINT 502. Report an incident."

It's rare, and at this moment, we aren't able to find any note or post.

Just this old post that at the end talk about a special initialization in the backend.??

Hello!

Just to share, the SAP team gave us a final answer;

We are currently in SAP S4HANA 1610, with this stack only replication of base price and customer-specific price of a product is supported for now.

With S4HANA 1809 release will be possible to replicate other pricing records form S4HANA to C4C as well.

i am using the s4hana version 1709 and i am trying to extract the pricing procedure from S4hana by using the report "RCOD_PRC_CUST_EXTRACT_TO_EXCEL" but the report is not supported in this version how can i achieve this integration as my middleware is CPI .

We are on S/4HANA 1809 release and i see the same error on web message monitoring on C4C.
Any tips please?
