Replicate lead with otherparty and Products from external system into SAP cloud for customer

Hi All,

we have a SAP Marketing solution integrated with SAP cloud for customer. SMC creates leads using a Lead action into SAP Cloud for customer. It uses "LeanLeadReplicationExternalIn" interface to create Leads. Out of the box, Products and Other party is not used between standard integration. We would like to post the Otherparty and Products using the LeanLeadReplicationexternalin. I have tried several options to mimic the request but wasn't successful. ID mapping would definetly throw an error but would be ready to maintain manually for the Party and products.

Could you please provide an idea on how to post leads into C4C using the Otherparty and Products

Hi Praveen,

we are aware that we are lacking this capability in standard, and currently I can only refer to our augmented Lead Mgmt offering, which is described in more detail here.

However we have it on our road map to enhance the integration with product related information. Kindly refer to the following roadmap item.
