Replicate CUSTOMER_REL – SMW01 does not have information

I try to replicate the CUSTOMER_REL object in R3AM1 the result is ok.

When we check the BP does not have the relationship.

I checked the SMW01

The BDoc Type BUPA_REL is not in SMW01, I executed it after to execute CUTOMER_MAIN.

In SAP ECC we have the relationship

Hi All,

The issue was solved, we had some problems with BP Guids. and we implemented the note 609766 Correction of BP GUIDS in CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO,BUT000,CR.

Hello,

Please check whether the queue is stuck in SMQ1, SMQ2. And check whether the customer relationship is filtered by the filter in R3AC1.

Also, you could refer to the KBA. Even though this KBA is for customer master, the check points are still necessary to check.
