Good day

I have the following scenario.

We need to flag material/serial numbers for repair without the aid of a service bulletin or change note.

Is there a mechanism or flag that in SAP that will supply a notification or a message to alert the technician that a specific item/serial number must receive a specific repair.

Hello Preven

if something must be repaired you can create a PM order or a PM notification. This documents belongs to PM (Plant Maintenance) and I'm not sure if you're working just in CRM.
