Hello experts,
I have a question. We have in the CRM system email integration, meaning from each email coming into the system we are generating a transaction type.
We have the issue, that sometimes there are email subjects coming in that contain emoticons and due to this in WEB UI area, in the transaction search nothing is shown anymore due to the special character. Therefore we need a way to remove these special characters/emoticons from the email subject. But the tricky part is .. emails can come in different languages like Bulgarian, Hungarian, Turkish,etc. which in the end all have "special characters compared to EN language".
Therefore i would need somehow to identify in which language the email is coming into the system and than use the FM: SCP_REPLACE_STRANGE_CHARS with the correct codepage for the country and this would work.
My main issue is that i do not know how to identify the language in which the emails are coming in.
Any ideas or other suggestions how i could achieve this?
