Remove user personalisation from user in Cloud for customer

Hi there,

When initially deployed, user personalisation was enabled and some users altered the layouts of their screens.

Now we have specific user roles and UI items available to them we now have an issue with deploying consistent views for particular user roles?

Ideally want to purge the personalisation so everyone is seeing the same thing. Especially important for training and Enable Now use.

Hi,

There is no "mass" reset personalization option available in C4C. Usually this should have been taken care of at the earlier stage by using the "Company Setting"-->"Disable User Personalization Feature" option.

But since this was not done and users have already personalized the UI hence the only option left here is to discard personalization for each affected user by going to "Personalisation"-->"Discard Changes" for a specific user.
