Remove standard Attachment Types from Orders/Quotes

Hello Team,

I want to remove this two attachment types from sales order/Quotes attachment

i.e. I want to remove the below Types from sales Order -> Attachments -> Local File-> Attachment Type (refer blow screenshot)

1. Graphical Signature of Buyer

2. Graphical Signature of Empl. Responsible

But i don't find any option in adaptation.

I also removed it from scope. (Below is only reference screenshot)

But still it is visible/Accessible.

Can Anyone please tell me how to remove(If possible) this option.

Posting Answer for others if they face the same problem/Requirement.

As per SAP Incident reply :

" These are standard Attachment Types and it is not possible to delete them and modification of these is not possible either.

This is the standard solution design where changes are not allowed for attachment types which are enabled in the solution.

Hence Adaptation could not be allowed which includes hidden functionality as well."
