Remove Icon Grayed Out in Products at Sales Quote

Hello,

My user has been added the product wrongly at sales quote(C4C)

, which is not yet approved still status is Open , now which she would like to remove the product from sales quote.

But we are not finding the option to remove the product from sales quote which is entered wrongly. Kindly help us.

Hello Ranjeeth!

Does this quote have follow-up documents? Because if that is the case, the system created references for it based on such products and they are no longer possible to remove. This is presented here in this KBA.

A test you can do to make sure that this is your situation is to add other items in this Sales Quote and try to remove them; if you are able to do so, it is because these just added items will not be referenced in the successor document and hence they could be removed (the remove icon would be active (not greyed out) for these items).

Thanks for your inputs, Sales Quote has been created with ref to Opportunity but added the products in sales quote, its not copied from Opportunity. In this case shall we able to remove or not?
