Remove fields from IDOC DEBMAS01

Hello,

i have a requiremnt in which i have to remove various fields from various segments an IDOC and leave only 2 fields .

It this possible? or i have to create a specific segement with these fields (In this case how i can hide or delete the segment)?

Im using of an extended DOC based on DEBMAS01.
