Hi I'm trying to release a bill for a customer but it gives me the error ERCH 40364028493 does not exist can you help ?

how you would like to relase the bill (which transaction)?
Do you have already checked if billing document 40364028493 really doesn't exist?
What's the technical name of the error message?
