Relationships with partner function assignment and Account Team

Dear SAP,

we are trying to set the integration between SAP CRM and SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud, but we can't understand how to manage the following two features:

1. Custom relationship between Account and Agent with partner function assignment depending on the sales area.
   

   

2. Automatic upload of the account relationships in SAP CRM in the Account Team in SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud, mapping a relationship with a role.

Hi Andrea,

I am not sure, if I understand the question fully.

Generally SAP MKC (1805) is covering a single relationship: Corp-Account <-> Contact.

The SAP CRM relationship model with the big set of potential relationships would require an enhancement, if really needed.

Is there a way to ask SAP to implement this feature as soon as possible?

Unfortunately, withouth it, all the business model of our customer can't be reproduced in the system.

Hi Andrea,

sure. Are you or your customer using SAP Influence already?

If not, you should check it out. It allows you to post feature request. Those are reviewed by the product management team on a regular basis and can be voted as important by other customers. To keep it short: It is a great and transparent way to influence the product roadmap.
