Reinvite deleted administrator

It´s not possible to invite deleted administrator, because she always gets the information, that her email address is already existing. But we can not find her in the administrator list.

Admins have 2 accounts, one with SAML login which is the admin account and another which is a regular user account.

When admin account gets deleted, the user account with the same email address remains in the system.

When the user gets the admin invitation email to his/her email address then opens the registration link, the registration screen will appear with many fields.

At the bottom of the screen there will be an option "Have an account already?" --> "Click Here".

User needs to enter the email address and the password ten a new admin account will be created.
