Q) The client is still using a number of legacy cockpits (product cockpit, report cockpit, cs cockpit, wcms), with customizations. In this context, we have following questions: a) What is the current functional state of those cockpits that have been dereleased in 2019 but are still present? Have they continued to be reported as unsupported but stable? When are they anticipated to be removed? b) Is the 2021 removal of CMS cockpit still expected? - Are there any unforeseen challenges you have heard of in migrating customizations from the legacy cockpits to backoffice? In terms of replacements what would be the mapping look like: - CS Cockpit: Is it only ASM + backoffice? Is there any equivalent feature to the call status, single page order details, and other features of CS that don’t have a stated equivalent in backoffice? c) Report cockpit: Any replacement for (customize reports) ability d) Import cockpit: Is there any equivalent feature for validation and reporting of a bulk data import?
