Regarding Influencer addition in workcentre

In our Business Organisation , Influencer has big role and we need to maintain proper data and reports and simultaneously we need faciltiy to link with account , at the time of making lead , Here is already what facility is of Realtionship . We want a seperate option to add an influencer than we can add at the Lead of the account . Please anyone provide solution over it .

HI ankit2388,

I assume the influencer in your case would be an Employee in C4C. and You do not want the influencer to be determined based on the relationship to an account.

Other option is you can use the Lead assignment rules under the Sales and Campaign settings.

1)Create a role in Fine tuning "Party Role definition" of Type Sales employee

2) Add the party as a Lead involved party in fine tuning
3) Member determination => Use Rules for Lead assignment
4) Maintain and activate the rules from Administration WC=> Sales and Campaign settings.
