Hi!
I encountered a problem in SAP Contact Center 7.0 FP13.
I need to achieve system redundancy when one of the gateways is unavailable.
After reading the note https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2548373 , I set up the system exactly as described in it.
I have 2 sip trunks, and a call switching route configured. Also, SIP Options Ping is activated.
In the Global Switching Settings, Signaling section, I indicated Cause codes for Rerouting Calls
However, I encountered a problem similar to that described in the note https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2258186
If one of the gateways is unavailable, the system cannot understand this and switch to another gateway, continuing to route calls through an inaccessible gateway.
Please tell me, has anyone encountered such a problem in SAP CCtr 7.0 FP13, and how to solve it?
