Recursive Approvals in C4C Tickets

Hi All,

We are using "Tickets" to manage customer complaints. We have a requirement where we need to send the ticket for approvals multiple times during its lifecycle. For instance, we send the ticket for approval when condition 1 is met. Once this gets approved, the Approval status goes to 'Approved'. Now lets say the customer is still not happy with the resolution and he requests for something else. To grant this customer request, we need another approval. Here is the problem - since the ticket is already approved, the approval process does not trigger even if the condition defined is met.

Anyone faced similar challenge?

Appreciate if any workaround can be suggested.

Please note that the mentioned scenario is currently not supported.
